What happens when you are craving your favorite Italian dish but don’t want to spend the money eating out and want to stay on your “Clean Eating / Meatless” journey? You improvise and thank the Universe that you went shopping for the right ingredients last week.
Even if you didn’t go grocery shopping earlier, you can get the ingredients for this Vegetarian dish and feed four, for the price of this dish at a restaurant for one.

Vegetarian Chicken(LESS) Parmesan
- 4 Morning Star Chick'N Patties
- 1/2 box Ronzoni Garden Delight Veggie Spaghetti
- 1 jar 26oz Ragu Chunky Garden Combination Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
- 6 cups water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Bake Morning Star Chick'N Patties in oven for 17 minutes.
Remove cooked Chick'N patties from oven. Add spaghetti sauce on each pattie. Add Parmesan Cheese over the sauce on the patties. Place back in over for 3 minutes.
Cook water with olive oil to a boil in a pot.
When boiling add Spaghetti in to pot. Cook spaghetti for 6-8 minutes, until tender (do not over cook).
Drain cooked spaghetti and put back in pot.
Steam in microwave or boil frozen Mixed Vegetables for 2 minutes or until thawed and tender.
Cook spaghetti sauce and mixed vegetables on medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then, reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
Add spaghetti sauce over spaghetti on plates. Add Parmesan cheese over spaghetti and spaghetti sauce.
Remove Chick'N patties from oven and place on plates with spaghetti.
